A Double-Decker steam tram! This 0-8-0 engine's second level is used to carry passengers and can seat up to sixteen comfortably. A set of pull-down stairs at the rear of the first level is used to access the second. The second level also houses a small furnace, which provides heating.

Wow man... this one came out really good. :D The crazy thing is I can actually imagine this running in real life... which is kinda saying something considering the concept's strong steampunk origins.
